Growth work is engineering work with a shorter feedback loop. The technical bar is not lower — it is different: instrumentation, speed of iteration, and the discipline to kill what does not move.
Most of what I learn here feeds straight back into the data side of my practice, because the questions a marketing team asks are exactly the questions a data foundation has to answer.
